At Aanvika Foods, we’re committed to delivering your favorite products quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. This Shipping Policy outlines our process for order handling, delivery timelines, and shipping-related terms.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver our products across India through reliable courier and logistics partners.
Delivery to remote or rural areas is also available, subject to the reach of our courier network.

If your location is not serviceable by our delivery partners, we’ll notify you and issue a full refund for prepaid orders.

 

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days from the date of order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email/SMS with your tracking details.

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are correct at checkout to avoid delays.

 

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days

  • Remote or Rural Areas: 7–10 business days

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen factors such as weather, strikes, or courier delays may affect delivery schedules.

 

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: On orders above ₹999 (may vary during promotions).

  • Standard Shipping Fee: A nominal fee may apply to orders below the free-shipping threshold, displayed during checkout.

  • Charges are calculated based on order weight, location, and delivery partner rates.

     

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
You can use this link to check the real-time status of your delivery.

If your tracking information is not updated for more than 48 hours, please contact our support team for assistance.

 

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make up to two delivery attempts.
If the package is not received or refused by the customer:

  • The order will be returned to our facility.

  • A reshipping fee may apply if you request redelivery.

Aanvika Foods is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses, unavailability, or non-response from the customer.

 

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if an item is missing:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide your Order ID, images of the package, and a brief description of the issue.
    We will verify and arrange a replacement or refund as per our Returns & Refund Policy.

     

8. International Shipping

Currently, Aanvika Foods ships only within India.
We plan to expand international shipping in the future — please stay connected for updates.
