This policy outlines our process for returns, replacements, and refunds to maintain transparency and trust with our valued customers.

1. Returns
As our products are perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns once a product has been opened, used, or tampered with.
However, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

The product was damaged during delivery.

You received a wrong item that differs from your order.
To be eligible for a return or replacement:

The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

The product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.

You must provide proof of purchase (invoice or order ID) and clear photographs of the issue.
2. Refunds
If your return request is approved:

A full refund or replacement will be issued based on your preference.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days after product inspection.

For replacements, shipping costs (if applicable) will be borne by us.
Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

Product has been opened or used.

Issue reported after 48 hours of delivery.

Product disliked due to personal taste preferences.

Incorrect address or non-availability at delivery time.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain product categories are strictly non-returnable due to hygiene and safety standards. These include:

All Chutney Powders, Masala Powders, Pickles, Spices, and Health Mixes.

Any items marked as “non-returnable” on the product page.
4. How to Report an Issue

5. Shipping Responsibility
If a replacement is approved:

We will arrange pickup through our courier partner (where available), or

You may be requested to ship the product back to our facility using a standard courier service, with costs reimbursed upon verification.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled before shipment only.
Once dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
Refunds for pre-shipment cancellations (if paid) will be processed within 5–7 business days.
